We try to let them come into the world quietly and stress free. Then with love and lots of patience we begin the imprint training. We are never ruff or forcefull with the babies.
We hope in breeding for these foals the we are able to improve the on both sides, the best of the mare and the stallion.
Mares who come to visit for breeding are treated as our own and we like the mares owners to be present for at least one breeding.
We only hand breed and mares are welcome to come back and foal at our barn if owner has no suitable at all. Mare care is $5/day with or without foal at side.
We would like to share our breeding program policies and philosophy with you.
First of all we will only breed when it is to better the breed and not to just get a foal. Secondly we only breed to healthy good quality stock. All breeds are welcome.
We currently have three breedings of our own underway and look forward to three healthy foals on the ground this year. Please view our list of mares, both ours and those owned by others that will be enjoying new babies this year.
