We would like to welcome you to Serenity Acres Training Center and hope that you find your visit here both enjoyable and informative.

Please click on any of the links at the far left side of our pages for more information about all that we have to offer you.

Thank you very much for visiting and we hope you will contact us to let us know what we can do to help you with the breeding of your mare. We look forward to assisting you in reaching your goals of both a healthy foal and a foal with the presence that you desire.

At Serenity Acres we always use the " In Hand " method of breeding. Our experience has shown us that it affords a far greater control of both mare and stallion in the areas of both hygene and saftey. Our only exception to this rule is in the breeding of our Jack. Pasture breeding is the only method available for him and it will only be accomplished under close watchful control.

We require all shots and Coggins to be current and verified with a clear health certifiicate from your Vet. We would expect your mare to arrive in heat and she will be kept on premise for the full term of her heat. Your mare is welcome to stay up to 30 days after breeding to verify in foal.

I'd like to share with you my policy and thoughts on the breeding of horses. First of all and most importantly I choose carefully the horses that will be in my breeding program. I look at health, safety, lineage and confirmation. Then after considering what the outcome of a given breeding may be and if it appears that it will offer a betterment of the breed and a healthy foal I will move ahead with the breeding.

Some of the services that I provide for your mare are:

Clean fresh straw bedding

Through wash / clean prior to breeding

Tail Wrapped for safety and cleanliness

Quality feed and lots of fresh water

Constant watch and care of mare

Thank you very much for considering Serentiy Acres Training Center as your choice of breeding facility. If we are unable to accomidate your breeding for any reason we will be most happy to assist you in finding the breeder best able to meet your requirements.
